💦 Our Favorite Inclusive Splash Pads (Still Worth Visiting)
🌳 Taylor Farm Park – Henrico County
📍 Location: 200 Whiteside Road, Sandston, VA
🕒 Hours: Daily, dawn to dusk
💧 Features: Fully accessible spray park with mist mounds, interactive play stream, steppingstones, shallow pools, and mini waterfalls. The park also boasts nature-based play areas, a 17,000-square-foot skate park, a 12,000-square-foot pump track, and a BMX dirt skills course.
🎠 PARK365 – Richmond
📍 Location: 3600 Saunders Avenue, Richmond, VA
🕒 Hours: April 1–October 31: Monday 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; Tuesday–Sunday 7 a.m.–8 p.m.
💧 Features: An all-abilities, inclusive park with a water play area, accessible treehouse, supportive swings, recycled rubber safety surfaces, and sensory play areas.
🌈 Twin Hickory Park & Recreation Center – Glen Allen
📍 Location: 5011 Twin Hickory Road, Glen Allen, VA
🕒 Hours: Spray Park open daily, 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
💧 Features: Whimsical, zero-depth spray park designed for children 12 and under, with adjacent playgrounds, walking trails, and picnic areas.
🌳 Short Pump Park – Henrico County
📍 Location: 3329 Pump Road, Henrico, VA
🕒 Hours: Spray Park open daily, 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
💧 Features: Free splash pad with various water features, playgrounds, and open spaces for picnics and relaxation.
